We’re getting down to the crunch!!! We are only one week away from the Family Fun Weekend and Grand River Amazing Race. The date of the event is July 22 & 23rd 2011.
The location is the West Montrose Family Campground 6344 Line 86, West Montrose, ON, Canada, N0B 2V0
The main fundraiser is the Grand River Amazing Race. All proceeds for this event go to Womens Crisis Services of Waterloo Region (Anselma House). 
Up to this point the registered teams have raised almost $10,000 in pledges. There has been alot of work put into creating this event and it is going to be fantastic. We are expecting a really good turnout for the race itself as well as the all the other activities that are planned for the whole weekend.
The Family Fun Weekend starts Friday and goes through to Saturday. The Race will take place on Saturday. Other weekend activities include

- Silent Aution
- Carnival
- Karaoke
- Movie under the stars
- Live entertainment on main stage
- Crown and Anchor wheel
Admission is free and is open to the public.
